Hi-NRG Gymnastix will deliver an unforgettable experience for your birthday child! With our highly animated, enthusiastic coaching staff, your child will remember this day for years to come! Plan to sit back and relax…we handle everything from set up to clean up, with lots of laughter in between. All of our parties are 80 minutes long. 60 minutes of gym time consisting of an exciting & dynamic warm up to engage all guests, a “mini class” where coaches will demonstrate proper usage of equipment to ensure safety, specially designed curriculum to fit your child’s theme, as well as open gym! Gym time is followed by 20 minutes to refuel and celebrate the special birthday child during “table time”.

Party Themes

We offer different party themes to meet your child’s current interests. Consider these party styles for your next birthday celebration:

Preschool

Ages 2-6 – Our preschool parties are perfect for little ones to explore and learn in a fun environment. The chidren will be able to explore on our bounce inflatable, swinging trapeze, beams, and rings! Offered at: All Locations!

Gymnastics

Ages 3 & up – gymnastics parties will include eye-pleasing circuit stations on the bars, beam, floor, and tumble track. The rope swing and zip lines are always a favorite! The birthday child and guests will get the all-around gymnastics experience in this fun and engaging format. If your son/daughter loves their current gymnastics class or would like to get a first-hand experience in gymnastics, this is your party! Offered at: All Locations!

Trampoline

Ages 5 & up – this is truly a one of a kind event, designed with the high-flying kid in mind! These parties feature our Olympic trampolines, top of the line inflatable stunt bag, as well as our ninja obstacles! Children will learn the basic safety skills on the trampolines that they will be able to use on any trampoline in the future. This style is a great choice for any child who loves to bounce, flip & fly! Must be 5 or older to participate. Locations offered: Long Rd. and Lake St. Louis

Ninja Obstacles

Ages 5 & up – if your child loves the “American Ninja Warrior” show, this is party for him/her! These parties will include dynamic obstacles for children to show their strength, agility and coordination. The most popular obstacles such as cannon ball alley, quad steps, silk swings, and cargo net await you! Locations offered: Offered at: All Locations!

Cheer

Ages 5 & up – cheer parties will consist of basic cheer motions, jumps, and mini stunts followed by open gym time. This style of parties will be perfect for cheer loving girls of all ages! Locations offered: Edison, Long Rd., Lake St. Louis, and Eureka

AERIAL SILKS

Ages 3 & up- this event is perfect for anyone who wants to try something new and exciting. You will get to experience flying, silks, hammock, trapeze, and many more cirque apparatuses. Great for all ages, and adult events as well! Different to our other events, this type of party is $275 for 12 guests. Locations offered: Long Rd. and Lake St. Louis
