HI-NRG Gymnastics Winter Break Camp is for boys and girls, ages 4 to 12 years. We offer morning camp for three locations and a full-day camp at two locations. Click the button below to see our locations, camp days and times, as well as the opportunity to sign up!

HI-NRG Gymnastics Winter Break Camp is a non-competitive, fun, indoor activity for your child while school is on break! We offer a wide range of activities, from gymnastics and tumbling to trampoline, ninja courses, games, inflatables, and so much more!
