Beginner Tumbling & Cheer Jumps:

The Beginner Tumbling & Cheer Jumps class is perfect for ages 5-8 who are starting out wanting to learn the fundamentals of tumbling and cheer skills. This class will work on handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, cheer jumps, cheer motions, and so much more! This class will also focus on building balance, flexibility, and strength required to advance as an athlete. This class will be located at our Trampoline Academy.

Beginner Tumbling:

This class emphasizes the fundamentals of tumbling. In this level you will learn forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and round-offs. We will also introduce athletes to front flips, back handsprings and front handsprings. Athletes will be able to utilize our spring floors, rod floor, tumble tracks (60 foot trampoline), and euro trampolines throughout the session!

The Beginner (Fast Track) is an additional 20 minutes of Strength and Conditioning Training after the regular class. Strength and flexibility are the two most important prerequisites for success in gymnastics/tumbling. Our coaches are well trained to deliver a workout program that helps condition athletes to the necessary level to perform more advanced tumbling skills. This will help your  child excel in tumbling and any other activity he/she participates in!

Intermediate Tumbling:

This class is designed for boys and girls who want to concentrate their efforts on the tumbling aspect of gymnastics. This class targets standing back handsprings, round-off back handsprings, front handsprings, front tucks, with an introduction to back tucks. Athletes will be able to utilize our spring floors, rod floor, tumble tracks (60ft trampoline), and euro trampolines throughout the session!  Must have MASTERED a back handspring on trampoline (UNASSISTED).  

The Intermediate (Fast Track) has an additional 20 minutes of Strength and Conditioning Training after the regular class. At this level, athletes will be performing more advanced skills and conditioning is crucial for the attainment of such movements, as well as safety.

Advanced Tumbling:

This class is designed for boys and girls who want to concentrate their efforts on the tumbling aspect of gymnastics. This class targets standing back tucks, round-off 2 back handsprings, round-off back handspring back tucks.  This level will also introduce layouts and twisting! Athletes will be able to utilize our spring floors, rod floor, tumble tracks(60ft trampoline), and euro trampolines throughout the session!

This class involves 70 minutes of warm-up and tumbling with 20 minutes of Strength and Conditioning Training. At this level, athletes will be performing more advanced skills and conditioning is crucial for the attainment of such movements, as well as safety.  Must have MASTERED Standing 3 BHS on a tumble track (trampoline) and round-off back handspring on Floor UNASSISTED.
